K. Makofka

Kyle has over 20 years of experience in senior management and executive level roles. Along with founding Kingsman Scientific Management, he has also founded, or served as a Partner or Director, at numerous other companies, including Drive Capital Corporation and Venture Drilling. He also has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hemostemix, a publicly traded company.

With KSM, he provides executive oversight, strategic guidance, and overall management, of the business and related entities.

R. Cooper

Reg has over 10 years of experience in management and technology solutions. He previously was the Chief Technology Officer with Flexxcore Technology Solutions, along as being the Director of ITS with Bolttech Mannings and Red Flame Industries.

With KSM, he provides general management across our portfolio of companies and clients, along with leading development on our software integrations and systems.

He completed his Computer Systems Technology Associates Degree and Computer Systems Network Diploma at Red Deer College.

C. Makofka

Carter has work placement experience as a Business Analyst with the City of Edmonton, directly in the Open City & Technology branch. He also has work placement experience with KSM and Midstream Silica, with a focus on data analytics, visualization, and financial modeling.

With KSM, he provides support throughout the business and portfolio companies, assisting with accounting, finance, and overall project management, functions.

He has recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at MacEwan University, in April of 2020, with First Class Standing.
